I don’t get the hype. Prices are high and quality low. Paid a lot for a quick mani pedi and it all bubbled off within 4 days. They provided a refund, so that’s good - but wish the quality had come close to the price in the first place… 2 stars because the technicians are friendly and the place is clean.

Disappointing experience. Clean and tidy place, but overly priced for the service provided. Had a gel pedicure done which cost $75 (excluding tax) and was underwhelmed. In the description of what you receive it states that you receive heel treatment and a foot massage at the end. Nail technician focused mainly on cuticle work for most of the time allocated and did not leave time to focus on heels or massage in the end at all. It was a lovely experience - Jaimie was super friendly and did a wonderful job during the service. It wasn't my first time waxing but I appreciated her asking whether I've waxed before and taking me through the steps of what she was doing, and aftercare. The room was clean, and I did notice that she did not double dip during waxing. So 10/10 for me.
