I’ve been to The Ten Spot Beaches multiple times for a lash lift and tint, and unfortunately I’ve had the same issue every time. The girl who does my lashes is very sweet and friendly, but the service itself has been disappointing. Each time I’ve gone, the glue isn’t fully removed at the end of the appointment. I often leave with my lashes stuck together and glue residue left on my eyelids. Had my first facial here at age 33 and I’m glad I did. I didn’t do much research. I didn’t need a fancy spa like setting. Just wanted a qualified person to give me a quality treatment that would refresh my face. And that’s what I got. It’s the next day. My face looks and feels refreshed. Before and after treatment Antonietta gave me knowledge about skin care. Much appreciated. She was kind and patient and genuinely warm. The massage she gave was 10/10. Thank you.
TLDR: I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this salon and got my membership cancelled I have been a monthly member of ten spot for over five years and have consistently relied on their services. In December 2025, I requested that my membership be frozen from December 8 to January 7 due to moving, and I received written confirmation that this freeze was approved.
