I wish I could give a separate rating for service quality as I have never had issues with my manicures or waxes. I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years and a member for almost as long but over the past year, I have had a majority of appointments be rescheduled or cancelled within hours of the scheduled appointment and then unable to get an appointment same day. I got a gel manicure about a month ago. I’m new to the neighborhood and decided to try Tenspot. Within days, it started chipping and peeling. I reached out to the business to give them a chance to make it right but they never even got back to me about fixing my nails. I’ve been getting gel manicures for over a decade. Every now and then, one nail will get messed up sooner than expected. But to have it happen to multiple nails for the price I paid is very disappointing.
I got a regular pedicure last week at The Ten Spot and within 24 hours, about half of my nail polish just rubbed or slid off. I went back in, they fixed some, but again within a day, gone. I think they either didn’t buff before painting or the oil they used on my nail beds made the polish just come right off…. Whatever it was, that had never happened to me in my life. I went to another place Thursday and had my pedicure re-done. No issues.
This is such a good and very welcoming place!!! From the beginning of my appoint until the end, it was overall pleasant! 10 out of 10 highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️
