Molly was very rude and unprofessional, could not believe the audacity, I will not be spending my money here. She made me feel like I wasn’t worth it or good enough to get my brows done.
Love getting my nails done here! I've been coming to get the BIAB manicure every 3 weeks or so and have had a really positive experience so far. Super convenient hours and great location - love the weekend availability especially, easy to book appts online. There's lots of street paid parking around the area. Space is airy and clean, they play cute Netflix shows on mute (Emily in Paris, GBBO, etc), and have free water/espresso beverages/bottled drinks. Darcy was great at the North Loop Ten Spot. Friendly and diligent. Most importantly, myngel removal and mini-pedi was awesome. My feet feel and look greta!
Got the extensions, would not recommend. The shaping was jagged and uneven, and several of the points were off-center. The gel color was pooled on some of the sides. They didn’t clean the excess builder gel out from under my nails. They apologized that I was being blinded by the sun for the first 30 minutes, but didn’t offer to move us or anything.
