I will never move here ever again they cause me and my family so much pain.The people in the office are very rude disrespectful. It so much wrong going on at this apartment complex help the people that's still facing many problems still to this day HELPP!!!!!
Worst experience at an apartment complex EVER , don’t let the Downtown location fool You . So happy to be out of here !! The place has mice , gnats (that get in your fridge) , wasp (inside the units) and nasty bugs throughout the building. All were in my unit despite how much I would clean. I moved in a week after the building opened (after waiting 8 months to actually move in despite being told I would only have to wait 1 month ) so the last thing I thought this place would... I applied back in 2015 and am number 919 on the waiting list but they're only 203 available wish there were more being built.
Super excited for the chance to live here! As a musician I really enjoy the fact that there are music rehearsal rooms so I'm not bothering neighbors with my playing. Bravo!

I'm super excited about these apartments and can't wait for them to be finished. The staff where very nice and informative. Definitely ecstatic about being on there waiting list. August 2017 isn't coming fast enough. So if you're looking for a nice place to live here's the place to be. Not only are the floor plans beautiful but they have a pool & a fitness center not to mention it's minutes away from Ybor. I encourage you to come down and submit an application and be on your way to a new home.
