Is this place an airbnb, a hotel or a residence. Maybe all three whatever they are doing, you get that shady feeling when you see people with luggage coming in and being asked 'How Long will you be here? '
This building is honestly disgusting and I don’t know how it hasn’t been condemned. The hallways stink of stale cigarette smoke with peeling wallpaper and black spots. A lot of the units don’t have properly functioning kitchens (i.e, no sinks or ovens). The window didn’t open in the unit I was in and I also had a severe allergic reaction after being in the building for a few days due to how dirty it is. DO NOT STAY HERE! BEWARE!
Shocked by how run down this building is. The walls are black in places in the hallways. Very basic amenities. You can hear sounds form outside and other apartments in the building very loudly. Stay away!
Lovely neighbors and building staff were great. But beware if you're moving in now. I moved out after Bronstein Properties took over and I haven't received my security deposit back over a month later.
