Client services are done by students with ample "Learning Leader" supervision. The setting is beautiful. Lots of exposed brick and natural light. A high energy place that is well run. They use exclusivel Paul Mitchell products. Expect to spent twice as long in there as you would in a commercial setting and you will leave looking and feeling great.
Katie Preston cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. She asked questions and didn't hesitate to seek help. I have very fine hair and I felt confident under her care. She recommended a light conditioner that makes my hair nice and shiny. I loved the atmosphere. I'll be back.

Been here two times already. First one for haircut and blow dry. Second time for color, cut and style. Did my eyebrows too. Both times were great. The take the time to talk to you and make sure to explain everything. The students are very well supervised by the teachers and everything runs great. Just be prepared to spend more time than at a salon because this is a school. I will be coming back regularly.
My husband gave me a Groupon for a haircut and color treatment. I went with all over color in a lovely medium red-brown color and added highlights. Nicole was excellent! We had a great time talking about horses and cruises. I will be back.
Had a horrible experience today here at Paul Mitchell. As we were waiting for our appointment, outside, vaping on the curb (20ft away from the entrance), the owner of the school here, was leaving the building and told us she didn't allow smoking or vaping or whatever. No signs posted. Not only was she extremely condescending about it... We were customers and it's not my fault she didn't even know if we even went to her school.
