I went to Aura Longevity and Wellness for the first time and loved the experience. I got an IV to help with hydration after Christmas since I was feeling tired, foggy, and dehydrated. Kate is so knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable right away. The space is clean, cozy and with a really pretty view of the lake. I’ll definitely be back!
Aura got me back on track with my health after a stressful few months dealing with low energy, poor athletic performance and ineffective recovery from life stressors. I met Kate a few weeks ago for some wellness assessments and lab work for decreased stamina, poor sleep habits and plateauing woth my workouts at the gym. Personable and professional. Kate explained the ins/outs of treatment and how the program works and explained costs upfront. Easy and comfortable bedside manner. I started supplements and NAD+ infusions. I was able to get in last minute in my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the comfy chair, the cozy blanket, the giggles and life chats I can’t recommend stopping in for a little self care enough!
