Kate is so wonderful to work with. She gets down to the bottom of the root cause of your symptoms and doesn't take no for an answer until it's figured out vs standard Eastern medicine practice. I would highly recommend working with such a lovely person who is great at what they do!
Kate has been very supportive and has taken the time to really listen to and validate my concerns. She has shown compassion toward my frustrations and limitations surrounding my physical symptoms. Kate was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns and explained things thoroughly. The blood work was quick and the result came back fast, we went over everything together on the phone which was super convenient so I didn't have to take time off of work. She even went as far as looking into further tests that she didn't offer which was very considerate.
