This company is a scam. Do not use them for any service. They came to do a minor repair on my (brand new) washer, left it majorly damaged with zero functionality--and on top of it--refused to acknowledge their mistake or to fix the washing machine THEY broke. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I own a company myself and have a lucrative partnership with a major big box retailer. I have a dishwasher that has not worked from day one, I had the technician come into my home says there is something wrong but he cannot find the issue...this company sends LG a statement that there was no issue and it has been resolved. OMG TV went out Christmas Day!! Merry Christmas to me but thank god I bought the extended warranty and the service is this company. I started calling him Monday morning after Christmas which would be the 28th of December 2009. To say the least I am frantic being a TV fanatic. I left a message on his phone and he called me right back!!! The warranty people said he had 48 hours to call me back so far I am extremely pleased.
