He said he would give me a refund if my phone still didn’t work. Wouldn’t answer calls so I had to go back the next day to try and get a refund and he wouldn’t. Even worse, he kept my SIM card then tried to give it back to me when I went in today saying he tried to contact me but he never did but I’m still retrieving calls and texts not on WIFI?
My boyfriend got his phone fixed here. It had a huge dead spot and it's all perfect now!
Had my iPhone Battery changed there. Got pretty upset, because they didn't use an Appple-Original part, resulting in a permanently displayed warning on my phone, and they didn't know (or were not able to communicate to me), that this would go away after 2 weeks.. After all: good job, good battery...
I wouldn’t shop here. I came in and asked for a charging cable for my laptop and the store clerk told me a usb-c cable would charge my laptop I spent $40 dollars. I went home and the cable didn’t charge my laptop and I asked for my money back the next morning and they said no refunds. They offered me an exchange or a phone case but I didn’t need any of that I just wanted my money back and they wouldn’t give it back to me so I left the cable in the store and walked out.
