Dont go here. I do Boba all the time and Tried this place out for the first time and felt Sick to my stomach immediately afterwards. Plus the Customer service was Horrible. They seemed more upset I ordered a Drink and interrupted their time on their Phone. Negative stars. 5/22/26
I went in today Friday may 22nd at 2:38. I ordered a black tea with peach boba with a guy. I went to the restroom, took 5 minutes when i came back the girl was standing there on her phone, I figured my drink was done so I looked for it didn't find it, I realized my drink had not been made, the girl took another 3 minutes on her phone before she finally started making my drink. The drinks are just okay, but the worst part about this place is the foul mood the whole staff seems to be in. The young lady that took my order seemed irritated and annoyed to be there, as did the others behind the counter. The vibes here are just depressing given it's a boba shop - so sad. The wait time was absurdly long for a simple drink. Skip this place and go to Formosa on Telge. It's a little further out, but worth the drive because everyone there (customers included) are happy and the vibes are on point. ☺️🧋
Im very biig on customer service. Today the young lady at the counter was super short and unfriendly. She seemed very irritated. Next time I'll a avoid in-store and try deliver. But the pop corn chicken was great along with my taro tea. Wait times were long.
I've been here several times before and the drinks are always pretty good. I wouldn't say this is my favorite tea house, but I do like the environment and that they have games you can play at the tables. The workers are always fairly friendly. This time when I went I couldn't get points unless I downloaded the app, according to the worker, but when you go to download the app it says that my phone is too new for the old outdated version or something.
