Friendly staff! Ordered the at home boba kit to pick up in store and asked if they could have ready next day, and they did, plus they called me to let me know. The kit itself is easy to use and delicious!

They have great helpful people that work there and a perfect selection of fresh teas.
Grocery store bought teas do not scratch the surface when it comes to their teas. I'm in love with their strawberry goji and lavender teas. Support a local business and get a better product. Sounds like a good deal to me.
Ordered tea for home steeping. Excellent selection, very fast delivery. Blue Shadow was even better than described. Will definitely order again.
I found this wonderful place thanks to a kind employee at the tea smith who found my drivers license at a near by grocery store. I was told to pick up my license at the tea smith and they not only returned it but left me five dollars to buy myself a drink. With all the sadness going on in the world this token of kindness meant so much. Not only that but the place looks amazing and the tea was probably the best I’ve had from anywhere. I definitely plan on taking my business there in the future.
Highly recommend the tea smith! I ordered a diy bubble tea kit passion fruit and Blueberry matcha powder over the phone and had it shipped to me! I had never had bubble tea and the person on the phone was very friendly and explained how it all worked. It arrived quickly and was time consuming but fun to make and turned out great! Will definitely order from them again!
The overall selection, especially the signature Tea Smith blends, are exceptional and the entire staff is educated and passionate about tea. It's really an enchanting little spot!
