RecommendedThe tea house is gorgeous and such a treat! While it’s closed for dining due to the pandemic, you can still order food to go and loose leaf tea. You can get some large family meals to go (the cottage pie is delicious and feeds 6-8). The crepes are spectacular and I think Mrs. Teapot makes the most incredible lemon curd!! We’ve also attended a wedding here that was perfect, and in the most beautiful setting!
The Teapot on Wheels not only has a divine setting but such delicious treats and a great gift shop. Every single time I drop in I make a purchase from the gift shop. I cannot wait to have a tea party using the miniature set I purchased for the twin grandbabies, when they are old enough. I actually may need to purchase another so they each have one. The food is brilliant and they have gluten free! But the best part is The Whole Experience of dining here (with a a lovely hat of course; pearls optional:-))). The staff are friendly and so are the other diners; it always makes for a memorable visit.
Fresh! Prices might (might) seam high. Not so! Plenty of food!
