Staff is rude and my drink was not good!
My daughter and I have gone there numerous times for bubble teas and sometimes lunch. I went there today and my daughter had her mask on I however had forgotten mine. Customers were sitting around drinking tea without masks. I walked up to the counter my daughter stating mom you forgot your mask. I told her I know I didn't mean to. The young man states you don't have a mask? (obviously as I'm not wearing one) I said no, I'm sorry I forgot it. He then states I'm sorry but I cannot serve you. I thought he was joking. Nope. I love this place! every time I come in I always get extra bubbles and extra syrup in my slushie! I also always get an extra scoop of bubbles in a separate cup for my daughter! we come about 3 times a week, definitely love.
Staff was pleasant, friendly and so patient with this newbie to bubble tea. I truly enjoyed the quiet, clean atmosphere and my BlackBerry, with cherry bubbles, tea.
I had a wonderful turkey and applewood wrap today. It was light and fresh.
