Warning and fyi... Before using restrooms at Tim Hortons... Check 4 TP. While waiting for a prescription I visited a local Tim's to get a coffee and use the facilities. Only after the fact I found out I could not complete the required paperwork; I had to substitute my right hand for the task. If that wasn't bad enough... there was zero soap to wash up with. Monday morning I will be chatting with a health inspector.

What has happened to the company as a whole? Half the stores need to be shut down for health violations like the NOTL location Missisauga Rd. I left a review for the specific location, was instructed to leave an online review by the Tim Hortons care team, so I follow the link and it leads to a page for reviews but God forbid it actually works. Typed a lengthy review and complaint just for the app to refuse submitting it. All areas had been filled out but it sat loading for 25 minites before I had to give up
What is going on with the coffee? For the last several months the coffee does not taste right. Don't get me wrong I love my Timmies but now I'm going elsewhere because it just taste like brown water. There is no flavor. This is not just an isolated double brew this is every single Timmies I've gone to. It's almost as if they only use one packet but hit the button for two packets. So sorry to say I will no longer be going to Tim,s. It's just not the same,
Your stores have all gone downhill. Poor customer service. Lack of skill taking orders. Arguing with customers. Telling customers bacon costs extra for the blt. What ever happened to a once proud Canadian brand is a darn shame.. Ol' Timmy is rolling in his grave and the Ron Joyce laughed all the way to the bank
