Just moved in and so far love it! Management is Great and the neighbors are all so helpful!:)
There are a lot of homeless people walking around because of a camp nearby. Often they ask for assistance with water or phone.
I lived there for over a year. Homeless camp out back of your home. Drug dealers and users walk the streets People are found dead in the woods behind the Trailers
Not clean,lots of pot holes, very rough road in the park, lots of foot trafic from people who dont live there, lots of cars in the road so its hard to get into the park.
Orderly,well maintained RV park . It's a drag no laundry facilities.food shopping,fast food,local drinking establishments ,are all within walking distance
