I placed a work order and the same day it was completed to my satisfaction. The safe members are always informative and helpful. It’s wonderfully easy living at The Taylor.
During the last 13 months that our home was under construction, we were fortunate enough to find the perfect place to stay at The Taylor Apartments. The accommodations provided us with everything we needed for our short-term stay. In the morning, I saw one of the maintenance guys in the hallway so I told him I had an issue with my dishwasher and he came up that very day, later in the afternoon and resolved it asked me if I Had any other things and I had one other little minor rattle in a door when the air conditioner was on and he attended to it.. I was very happy with his attention to these details.
The maintenance request was handled very quickly and professionally
Maintenance was very prompt to respond, very professional and friendly. They take great care of the apartment complex!!!
