If I could give this company and its preparer a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. I’m posting this review on behalf of a nonprofit organization that prefers to remain anonymous. I personally witnessed their experience, which was highly unprofessional. It is hard to understand how Shelia can run a business this way. After they paid her, she ignored their calls for months, only to eventually reply that she could not locate the returns she supposedly completed. Professional, Helpful, Explains everything, and best of all - affordable.
The best place to get your taxes done. Ms. Sheila was fast and super helpful. Everything went very smoothly, from start to finish. The appointment process to paying for services at the end of appointment. Called on a Friday, and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. Highly recommend. Will be returning next year. Thank you!
