The Tax Lady has prepared my taxes for over 20+ years now, and I must say she is and will allways be The Queen of Tax refund. She has remained committed to providing accurate, ethical, and responsive service to me and my family. Thanks again Ms. Sheila, you did it again!! ♥️🙌🏽
Call and seems quick and friendly. Turn in 1099s and no confirmation that they were received. Called serval times and no answer. Leave a message and no return call. Is this the normal business reactions?
I just switched to The Tax Lady. She is super professional and really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her for tax filing, tax issues, and payroll services.
The best place to get your taxes done. Ms. Sheila was fast and super helpful. Everything went very smoothly, from start to finish. The appointment process to paying for services at the end of appointment. Called on a Friday, and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. Highly recommend. Will be returning next year. Thank you!
Sheila was very professional, answered all our questions, we talked like we had known each other forever...she's very knowledgeable at what she does. I will definitely be using her again and tell people about her. Thank you Sheila for such a wonderful fun experience while doing our taxes
