If I could give this company and its preparer a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. I’m posting this review on behalf of a nonprofit organization that prefers to remain anonymous. I personally witnessed their experience, which was highly unprofessional. It is hard to understand how Shelia can run a business this way. After they paid her, she ignored their calls for months, only to eventually reply that she could not locate the returns she supposedly completed.
