1 star I had a very disappointing experience with this tax preparer. Communication was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not handled professionally or transparently. I expected accurate work, clear explanations, and better customer service, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions, reviewing all documents carefully, and making sure you understand exactly what is being filed before using this service.
