Never got back to me, but I am trying to help out of season..couldn't tell you about the quality of tax preparation..
I called Paul and he had my taxes for me that afternoon...a pleasure to meet with him and his professionalism. Fast and courtesy is extremely important to me and he delivers over-the-top customer service. Thanks Paul!!!
I just knocked on his door in the middle of the day without calling first. He was very kind and personable and spent 20 minutes or so with me helping me to understand a tax question I had that was really 'bugging' me. He appears to me to be a competent tax professional. I generally do my own income tax returns, but if/when I need a 'pro' in the future, I will definitely give this guy a call.
Paul is the best of the best. And I feel like I can honestly say that after having him do my taxes one time. The process was simple and easy on my end. We had a quick call, I dropped off my documents, and he handled the rest. Great communication and expectations throughout. I was initial filing with Turbo Tax and felt like I was missing things, sure enough I was. Paul nearly doubled my return. Definitely recommend his services and him as a professional.
