went in for an eyebrow piercing, and had to get pierced 3 times. first 2 times he missed the ring and by the 3rd time there was blood all over my forehead (i’m not known to be a bleeder with piercings.) and i’m still currently in a lot of pain. my eyebrow is extremely swollen and sore. paid 30$ for a shit job. wouldn’t go here for piercings.

Fortunately we only pierced you one time. We used a taper to insert your jewelry and sometimes piercings do bleed a little. However, we never let anyone leave with blood on their forehead. Piercings do swell sometimes and it isn’t abnormal for a fresh piercing to swell. We apologize that you feel the process should have gone differently.
