The maintenance team is horrible. We have had multiple issues from locks being broken, no hot water for DAYS, and even our carbon monoxide detector having the date scratched off of the label. How do they expect four people to pay roughly around $600 a month each and deal with this embarrassment of an apartment complex. My daughter rented here for 3 years & had a good experience.
Me and my roommates love living at The Tate on Howard!! If you go to Western Michigan University it’s right across the street, making it a very walkable distance to get to classes. I love how cozy my room feels, and our den makes for a great place to hangout with friends. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve had a really great experience so far. The staff has been super friendly and helpful — they’ve made everything easy and stress-free. The apartments I toured were really clean and way more spacious than I expected. Everything looked well taken care of, and the vibe of the whole place just felt right.
