If you have any neighbor issues the office staff will not do anything about it. I’ve had ongoing issues with my downstairs neighbors and after exchanging emails with the office they last said they can’t do anything else even though it states it in the lease they being disruptive to a certain level is prohibited. I pay way too much to not even hear myself think in my own room. Do not recommend this place for how much it costs. Definitely look elsewhere.
If you're looking for a place to live, go somewhere else. Everyone in my apartment was locked out of the building in 20 degree temperatures because our access to the smart locks (that were installed with little warning for no good discernible reason a year prior, and to which we weren't given physical keys until enough people complained) was somehow allowed to expire??
