they changed the locks to be on our phones and now me and none of my roommates can get into our apt UPDATE! over a year later and they all expired and locked every resident out of their buildings and the office is asking residents to stop in during normal working hours to update our key fobs. There was no notice, & anyone with a real job can’t stop by at 2pm on Friday and they offer no real solutions. If you ever want access to your living situation DO NOT LIVE HERE
The maintenance team is horrible. We have had multiple issues from locks being broken, no hot water for DAYS, and even our carbon monoxide detector having the date scratched off of the label. How do they expect four people to pay roughly around $600 a month each and deal with this embarrassment of an apartment complex.
