I have never had a problem here, but today when I had to go get my blood drawn the young lady who works back there was absolutely the rudest person I have ever had to deal with!! You're working with cancer patients have some consideration for them!! She really was a very nasty person! She said it's the least of her concerns that I didn't drink enough water today!!! Unfortunately, cancer is big money and their times you’re going to wonder whether or not you’re just a guinea pig for someone’s financial gain. You shouldn’t feel like they’re giving you a hard used car dealership marketing presentation to do chemo or using scare tactics to get you in the door. I started my treatment at Tate Cancer Center in April 2025. Throughout my 5 1/2 week journey the staff have provided excellent care which in turns give you a patient a positive out look on you cancer journey. I consider the staff as Angels on Earth for motivation and care they provide to each and every patient.
The Ladies ( Nurse) go out of their way to make you comfortable, with ,drink and snskes.They heat the pillows and blankets sometimes I sleep all the way though the session wake-feeling refresh.its going To be a nice day.also a big thanks to the 3 Ladies at the reception desk,they understand us and do their best to make you feel better about yourself..THANK YOU.
