I lived at the Tate for 4 years, and I absolutely loved my experience. You will not find a better staff at a building in NYC than the Tate in my opinion. The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful as well. I would highly recommend the Tate!
I called Gerry the property manager and left messages 3 different times. I called Related's number that supposedly assists you with rentals and left messages 2 different times. I wrote asking for help on the Tate's website. I never got one single phone call, text or email back. Dear Tate, do you want to rent your apartments out or not??
Incredible staff. Jan the building supervisor is a unicorn among NYC property managers - responsive, polite, professional. Knows the building and is phenomenal with residents! Front desk staff - friendly, responsive and smart. Leasing - professional, clear and easy to work with. The Tate team - you are a breath of fresh air setting a high bar for any other building management!
