部屋についた後も同行者3部屋分の荷物が30分以上部屋まで来なかった。ロビーに行くとベルカートに載せたまま放置されてた。 3階新館の方は眺めは普通だがバスタブ有(予約では無しになってた)
Overall a great experience. Staff are friendly and tentative. There’s no executive lounge available so be aware if you value that facility. My only critic is, I’m not sure why and how but I constantly hear noises like light switch being turned on and off…
I was overcharged at the hotel. Despite many phone calls and emails, it's never been corrected. Very poor customer service for a 5 star hotel
The hotel is so lovely. From the entrance to the bars to the rooms and even the bathrooms! All presented so well and in excellent condition. The staff at the deco and mary mary were excellent. On arrival the concierge were excellent at making us feel welcome. The room was a little later than the 3pm time we were advised and when I called asking for my car in the morning it wasn't bought around which put me under some pressure so maybe best to ask early and have them call when it is ready if you have time pressures.
