Top notch experience working with Jade and Ben for both the sale of our home and purchase of a new home (with a contingent sale, an off market purchase and in the middle of a pandemic!). They are attentive, responsive and modern in the way they communicate. It's an added bonus that they are just about the nicest people you will find in real estate.
We hired the Tarter’s because Jade is a friend of my wife’s, but the process of selling our house & losing buyers for lack of properly vetting the buyers cost us a lot of money. On top of that, their go to lender, “Larry the lender” is the worst lender we’ve ever worked with in our life. We won’t be using this brokerage ever again.
