For those of you that know La Spada's in S. Florida I need say no more...Monte's Is It!...Thrilled with the similarity...Just amazing...
10/10! Totally missed coming here for years and finally made it in. Got a French dip. Packed with meat, good flavor, and tasty crispy bread. Pretty much double the meat of other sub shops and a very reasonable price. As an example Old School subs in Black mountain is a 6" sub for the price of a 12" here and this is about double the meat. How this place is not a perfect 5 star on Google is only explained by the whiney up their own ass liberals that gave it a 1 star during Covid for mask issues. This was one of the most tasteless roast beef subs I've ever had in my life. The roast beef felt like plastic and had no flavor at all, the cheese was the best tasting thing on the bread. I never thought I'd say this but ingles has better tasting subs for less.
Best bread anywhere also a lot for the money. You will not be disappointed in the quality. We are now fans and will order again.
I've ordered about 10 times on doordash. Best subs in town, consistently delicious!
