Kim, wow. The leasing agent we met with was incredible. really helpful, really kind. Strongly recommend if you come to see the Tannery!
Absolutely horrible, the ladies that used to work in the leasing office couldn’t be more rude and talk negatively toward the residents, they quite literally sit in the office with the door closed refusing to get up and unlock it for residents who wish to complete transactions. It seems like they’ve hired new employees since, however, the apartments are tiny and extremely expensive, the walls are so thin it was impossible to get any sleep as a night shift worker. Clean and resort style living. Restaurant on site, pool, love the room service ! Pool & tv room are a resort on its own. May be a bit pricy but totally worth it. The security & safty of this resort is exceptional ! A real family orientated community and a rare find ! 😊
I have lived at the tannery for about 6 months. On the night of hurricane Harvey my AC was not getting cool. I sent an email through the night to maintenance and Rich walked me through what to do at 5am! It was such a relief- as I was worried because of the hurricane there would be no help for another day or so. He came to check my AC early morning while he made sure everything was hurricane ready- and made sure everything was working great. It was such great service- (Thank you Rich!) I love living here.
