It’s very expensive compared to the area. Car theft and other issues are on the rise and after pleading for security cameras for TWO YEARS they still don’t do anything. Just last night 3 people were breaking into cars in our lots. It’s also easy to say they are not vetting new residents as much. New residents have been violating quiet hours, littering over the campus and speeding in the lots at 3AM. Providing them with proof does nothing. RecommendedThe Tannery is such a fantastic place to live. I've been here for two years so far & I have nothing but great things to say about it. The apartments are beautiful, and in great shape. The amenities are out of this world. The pool, gym, patio, and club house make this such an amazing place to hang out with friends. The staff is truly second to none. Kamari & Brittany in the office, and Rich & Will with maintenance are the hardest workers and keep this place impeccable 24/7, and they are truly the nicest people I've ever met. ... read more

The Tannery is so welcoming coming in the curb appeal with the landscape of the flowers and poolside cleanest is amazing. You can tell a lot of care into this just what Glastonbury needs Great job Tannery staff.

Best spot in glastonbury! best staff i have ever seen. Erik janice and brit make it feel like a loving community. Feels like im walking into a community home every night and it is so pleasant to see everyone happy. Prices are a little higher than they should be but the quality is 100%. Blessed to live here just praying i can afford new lease.
Living at The Tannery has been a great experience, the property is the best in the market. The amenities are great, the units are very well done inside and the staff has been extremely friendly and accommodating during my time living here. I highly recommend it.
Awesome place with awesome staff. If I ever had a problem it was solved in a quick manner. The staff is always willing to help. Rich, who is in charge of maintenance is great. Highly recommend.
