I had a great experience with Tangerine catering out 10 Year work anniversary! Their “buffet” display was a work of art, and the staff were so kind and professional - even jumping in to pour 160 glasses of champagne! I will absolutely hire them for another event!
First off, let me just say that Pernilla and Susan were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Not only were they extremely accommodating for my families dietary requirements, but they was flexible, honest, attentive to detail, and genuine. Phenomenal food! We wanted our entire menu to be vegan and gluten free, and Tangerine delivered! Even with a guest list that included many people that rarely, if ever, eat vegan food, everyone loved everything. Almost all of the food was gone by the time the wedding was over. Pernilla was so responsive, kind, and helpful. The catering staff were nice and did a great job overall. The only concern I had was that they did not pay attention to our dessert packaging. Some of the desserts were gluten free and we had requested signage to make sure the non-gluten free and gluten free foods were separated. This did not happen and all of the desserts were mixed in together. This only made a difference to one person, but was a little frustrating given they had plenty of notice and instruction.
