I had a great experience working with The Talon Group! Alex was very helpful walking me through the initial title process despite some difficulties with titles in Wexford County at the time. Katie and the rest of the team were very fast and efficient at processing everything once I went under contract and I was able to close on my house only a month after making an initial offer on it. Pondering on my home purchase I decided to scroll Talons reviews, only to find one of the only negative reviews from a disputing party during the purchase, and I am here to offset it. What that person said is complete bullshit. Some title agency’s wouldn’t touch the purchase due to the web of POAs and quit claim deed mess the seller was in with an estranged relative and some unfortunate family history.
