We had an outstanding experience with Sam and Tailored Closets. Sam came to the condo and did the measurements and took great care in the process. We then went to the showroom to see the layouts. Sam was super helpful with suggestions and made the necessary revisions. The team of Curtis and Cory installed the closets perfectly. We interviewed 4 companies before deciding on Tailored Closet. One bid was ridiculously high and high pressure, one was very low and unexciting. When we narrowed it down to Tailored Closet and 1 other, it came down to the finishing touches that were included in TC bid (as opposed to an upcharge) and the ability to get exactly the features we wanted for our space.
