Rob was our sales representative, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He showed up on time, listened to what we wanted, and designed a closet that gave us even more space than we expected. The post-sale team was also great. They were communicative, friendly, and responsive whenever we had questions. Someone was always available when we called, which made the process much easier. We had a wonderful experience with Tailored Closet. Immediately after working with their garage team- Premier Garage- on our garage, we scheduled to have our walk in closet, laundry room and linen closet redone. Rob came in, did measurements and marked up our plans. Their demo team and install team arrived right when they were scheduled. Our closet and cabinets look so much nicer.
