Completely unsanitary living conditions. The mold problem was so bad that an actual mushroom grew out of the bathroom ceiling. When I moved out, I discovered that my bed frame was completely covered in mold. It’s dangerous to health, I’m shocked they haven’t been shut down by a health department yet. For context, I keep a very clean home, so this was in no way tied to my cleaning habits.
Gotta pay for parking on property me being a paying resident of the apartment should already be a parking pass. Coming home from a long day of work and I all I want to do is relax without having to worry about my car getting towed. I would park on the street but there is literally no parking near by. I would have to spend 30 minutes to an hour just looking for parking.

Living at The Edge or any of the Tahitian apartments is like dealing with a company full of children and scam artists. Management is almost impossible to get a hold of and will go as far as to ignore emails. The apartment is small and poor quality yet goes at the rate of a luxury apartment, the furniture is gross, and if you expect to receive any of your security deposit back you can forget about it.
