The therapist I saw was wonderful, but she is no longer at the practice. My review is based off their office staff. I started by calling the number listed and leaving a voicemail for billing. Over the course of a month, I left three voicemails without getting a response. I had to get an email from a friend who had been in contact with someone from billing previously. They don't have it available to you on their website. I have received only 1 phone call from a blocked number, and they stated that my refund was coming in... read more
Terrible as an employer: unprofessional, disrespectful, and misleading to new staff coming on board. Terrible with clients trying to come onboard: did not return their phone calls, refused to try to set them up with therapist who was willing and able to see them, disrespectful and downright rude. Do NOT recommend for employer nor for client services.
