A great place to meet a friend for lunch
We stopped here while going to Nashville from Chicago and the food is amazing! Must try Parmesan fries!!!
You've never been to a restaurant like this before, because there's not too many in existence. It's pay-what-you-can and how you can. There is an entire community of unhoused neighbors and friends who eat and work here, side by side with volunteers from the community. Along with the great purpose, the food is fantastic. Everything about this place is clean and the food is wonderful! And the staff is always friendly
I was doing orientation for work at a nearby business and they sent out on our own for lunch. I needed fairly quick and definately affordable. There's not a ton of choices directly in the area so I gave this a shot. It's sort of tucked in the residential area Portland and close to I 64. You could easily miss it. It was clean and the employees were friendly. I paid $11 for 2 meatloaf sliders and an order of parm fries.
