I am a senior on a fixed income. I spoke to Renee and told her what I needed and how much I would like to pay. She took my number and said she would call me if they could accommodate me. She called the next day and said they could do it. Everything went smooth from then on and I love these people and this company. I feel bad that I did not get the names of the men in the warehouse, but they were very friendly and helpful. And Justin and Renee were great!
