I spoke to Kim on the phone and then stopped by the store! She was so helpful and patient with me and all of my questions! Lots of choices for different needs. We went with a pet friendly turf for our yard with the Envirofill. Definitely recommend The Synthetic Grass Store!

She answered all my questions with patience and clarity, helped me understand the proper base material and depth! Installing turf sounded easy… until I actually started. Thankfully, Kim was there to save the day. She knew exactly what I needed, helped me avoid a few rookie mistakes, and made the whole thing way less overwhelming. Her advice was spot-on and her attitude made the process way more enjoyable. Kim absolutely crushed it helping me with my turf project!
