Prices were good and we got what we wanted in the end, but the security guard in the front was incredibly rude and short. Kind of ruined the whole experience. I get he has an important job to do and I appreciate that, but it was unpleasant. I’ll be going to the other syndicate location in lake Elsinore from now on
I have a good experience every time I come here. Friendly Staff. Had an unfortunate problem with a product I bought, but I took it back and the manager Sam was super nice and took the product back for an exchange, and even gave out a free goodie for the inconvenience. 10/10 Love this location.
Awesome atmosphere with great staff.
We had a problem with our product that we had bought the day before (which was the first time anything was wrong with stuff we had bought) and we brought the damaged product back today and the manager, Sam, was so amazing about it! She immediately fixed the issue by swapping out the product for new stuff and also gave us a generous amount of extras to make up for the mishap with the product. Nathan was very helpful to my husband and I even though it was busy because of 4th of July ! Around 11am he was excited to help us he Knows the products well & he was our Ganjaman- Superman he flewww across the store to help us pick our items thanks for the good vibes he recommended indacouch
