Delicious food, especially the French Onion soup and Black Forest ham sandwich. Fast service and friendly staff. So glad to have this wonderful gem in my neighborhood!
The bakery items are always so yummy!! The cafe food is excellent!! And... customer service is impeccable!!! Love the Swiss Bakery �
The food was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. I understand it was busy, but it still shouldn't take 50 minutes for the food to be done. And on top of that, it took more than 10 mins for all 6 of us to get our food with the mushroom soup taking the longest to be ready. They forgot a schnitzel sandwich and forgot to put the carmalized onions on a gruyere sandwich, so we had to wait for that to be corrected. I spoke to management and was told that "it was busy".
