Our pool was not completed nor was money refunded. Our yard was restored at the cost of the contractor however 90% of the contract had been paid. The owner claimed he had insurance to file a claim to cover the issues we experienced. We are 2 years later with receipt of bankruptcy and only a small amount of money refunded and no insurance.
The Swimming Man did not fulfill the contract. They did not schedule inspections or close out the permits. We are searching for a plumber to OPEN the plumbing permit and get it inspected. We will probably have to dig the pipes back up. The Swimming Man does not return phone calls. I wish I hadn't made final payment before the contract was complete.
