The Denise Swick group did an excellent job of selling our house and helping us buy our new home. Although, I was not happy that we were told the roof in the house we purchased was 10 years old only to find out it was the original roof that now needs replaced. Denise did get the entire asking price for our house in the middle of the holidays, which sold in a couple of days after we signed our contract to sell. Denise and Kiaya, from her team, were so easy to work with. In our first meeting we went through a timeline and expectations. With over 30 years in the business, Denise was very precise and accurate about the process. Kimberly, from Maid in Heaven and works with Swick Realty, helped us downsize.
