It’s unfortunate that I had to experience an overcharge on my first purchase. I always get a receipt on my purchases and I recommend everyone to do so because you never know when an overcharge happened without your knowing. I brought my receipt and spoke with a lady whom I supposed is the owner but she didn’t make amends about the situation nor offered an apology for the mistake made.
RecommendedPerfect, yummy pastries! Gluten free options that are wonderful, which is hard to come by and super super appreciated. Not too sweet but just right. I'd come here everyday if I could. Super kind service. I love this place!
Amazing macaroons with great flavors !!
I bought two sugar cookies with buttercream icing. The cookies were raw and inedible. The icing was cloyingly sweet. I could not eat it. On top of the inedible fare, the customer service was terrible. The young girl tried to help me but needed assistance from the manager. However, she was too busy on the phone to deal with an actual customer IN her store. It was awkward enough that the girl felt she needed to apologize for her behavior. Love love love this Sweet Spot Bakery. We go in every chance we get. The variety is amazing but every single item is delicious.
The cupcakes and cookies look very pretty but the cupcakes are very dry on the inside and the cookie was very hard and the cake pop was not any good either. The cookies did not taste good at all. The business owner was not very nice and charged me for items I did not get and when asked to replace they said ok but then when I went back she refused and said she knows what she put in the bag and as the consumer, I know what I got in my bag and I did not get a Peti four like she claimed.
