When the cookies are fresh, they’re honestly the best cookies I’ve ever had. They’re usually so soft and gooey, which is what makes them so good. Unfortunately, I got a chocolate chip cookie today and could tell it wasn’t fresh. It was much more crunchy than usual. For a $4 cookie, I really wish they were fresh every time. The staff is always great, though! Glad I came across this place in upper canada mall. Scotia was the sweetest and most patient person as it was difficult to choose from the many different flavours available. I bot a box of 6 and all the flavours were delicious but my fave would have to be the simple pecan one.
