Glad I came across this place in upper canada mall. Scotia was the sweetest and most patient person as it was difficult to choose from the many different flavours available. I bot a box of 6 and all the flavours were delicious but my fave would have to be the simple pecan one.
Wanted to try these butter tarts because they have been advertised Canadian Living. Well, I decided to buy 6 because it’s a better deal and you get to mix and match which lever butter tarts you want. My favourite butter tart is the Raisin Butter Tart. I found the pastry actually on the dense side - so if you like that type of pastry, then you will like them. IF you like flakey pastry for your butter tarts, then you won’t like them. I personally like flakey pastry, so this was unfortunate for me. The filling….wow!!! So much S... read more
