RecommendedGreat place to eat. The Pecan Encrusted Local Mountain Trout is my favorite. The sides a really awesome; I had the mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. I told my wife as we were eating that I thought this was the best trout that I’ve ever had.

Let me start by saying that we LOVE The Sweet Onion and have been many times. I always ordered the Tri-Tip Roast prior to COVID. They removed it from the menu for a time but I saw tonight that a Pot Roast was back on the menu, I was so excited, until I got home with it. I received 3 over cooked pieces of meat that didn’t even come close to being pull-apart. The roast served in the past was pulled apart, very tender and served with a great amount of qu jus. Great food! Great service!
We got a takeout order for dinner tonight to make up for missing our annual trip to the Sweet Onion this summer. We come every year for our anniversary and every year we have an exceptional experience! Even with takeout tonight, we felt the love in every bite, so thank you for making our night special once again. Creme brulee, ravioli, meatloaf and biscuits all exceptional. We also appreciated the safety measures in place for takeout orders. Keep up the great work!
The food was delicious!! The service was great and I need to go back and try more thing — to bad it is so far away and they cannot deliver!!!
