A beautiful retreat with incredible views, carefully prepared delectable meals, hiking, solitude and always being treated as family whether by the hosts, Dan and Deener or the staff. Two initial problems, no tv's and little cell phone service quickly become major positive amenities. This is not a Ritz-Carleton retreat, it is much much better than that. A place to enjoy what nature and life have to offer.
It's quite beautiful scenery and a rustic lodge. The food was excellent and the hospitality above and beyond. The only part I did not care for was the last 2 miles of the road getting there but in the end it was all worth it
Loved the food and atmosphere, the road getting to the top was fun.
