Susan Sutton knew what she was doing and thought of things that I never would have, when we looked at houses. She was supportive and stayed on top of new listings. She was available when we wanted to look at houses. When we found a house she walked us through the process. She made sure the house was in good repair and jumped on having the seller pay for some minor repairs, so the house would be perfect.
