This is my home and an amazing building run by a great super and building manager. The building staff and doormen are top level and care for the residents. There is constant maintenance and upkeep of the buildings. Thru strikes and hurricanes and a most recent earthquake I feel safe. Individual maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. I am stunned at the previous review. Elena Boeva is one of the most professional real estate reps I met in three years of looking for an apt., very sensitive to tenants' needs, tactful and sophisticated. Ms. Pendergast sounds reactionary and not quite stable and likely misunderstood Ms. Boeva's intent to be helpful. After moving in, I found the management, the Super, Brian Paljevic (also of European ancestry), the doorman, Patrick (of Irish ancestry, cheerful, great sense of humor) all to be a reflection of the same intense ... read more
