This is the second time I have used Brian Smith as my realtor. First time moving to Grove City, and this time moving to the Hilltop, which is an up and coming area. Both times I feel he found an amazing property for me! He did the work for me and helped me get the best bang for my buck. My house in grove city appreciated tremendously over five years, and I feel the same is going to happen here in the Hilltop. Highly recommend!!!
