Run Away! Home renter of 6 years here. Re/Max took over after 2 previous property groups. RE/Max policys stop anyone from working with you in terms of late payments. They Gouge you on late charges, not mention good luck getting maintenance to your home during your lease with leaves your liable for damages if they occur that fall under normal wear and tear or structure damage. 0 stars if I could. Do not rent from them. They do not respond to tenant work requests. They nickel and dime you. Workers cannot seem to do anything but pick up phones. Manager will not do anything but get aggressive and tell youre lying. I regret moving here to be a live in groundskeeper who pays the mortgage for them too. Lived in COMO 8 years and never had an experience like this.
If this company buys out your rental building, get ready for a $300 to $1000 or more increase on rent. Horrible experience with them. They let a 3rd party realtor in my place to show the unit to others, who used my bathroom while I wasn't there.
Go elsewhere!! these folks are some straight crooks and thieves, they will say they sent you a notification for inspections, but do not do so and then charge you 45 for not letting them in unexpectedly while working from home! they have these city inspections but due to complete negligence of the property all year they will be told by inspector’s many many things need done, so then u have many many random men showing up unexpectedly to fix a bunch of crap but they never get the job done, they leave saying they need to order ... read more
