Wish I could give better reviews to specific employees since there were 2 employees that were actually kind, patient, and helpful during this process. The main purpose of this negative review is towards an employee named Taylor, which I detail later. When I saw a house available with pictures, there was no mention that it was an evicted house. Run Away! Home renter of 6 years here. Re/Max took over after 2 previous property groups. RE/Max policys stop anyone from working with you in terms of late payments. They Gouge you on late charges, not mention good luck getting maintenance to your home during your lease with leaves your liable for damages if they occur that fall under normal wear and tear or structure damage. They have a huge Miscommunication issue unless its about rent $$$. By Far this was the worst experience I've had after all my decades of renting. Want ... read more
