Wish I could give better reviews to specific employees since there were 2 employees that were actually kind, patient, and helpful during this process. The main purpose of this negative review is towards an employee named Taylor, which I detail later. When I saw a house available with pictures, there was no mention that it was an evicted house. Run Away! Home renter of 6 years here. Re/Max took over after 2 previous property groups. RE/Max policys stop anyone from working with you in terms of late payments. They Gouge you on late charges, not mention good luck getting maintenance to your home during your lease with leaves your liable for damages if they occur that fall under normal wear and tear or structure damage. Absolute Trash Employees! And overall experience. They will never take accountability I promise you that. I live in a duplex and called to complain about why I was never informed that they would be remodeling the vacant unit attached to mine for the next 4 days and until 730pm. I get up at 4am and have a young child. Susan Horak told me she doesn’t have to tell me anything, I was self indulgent thinking she should give me a notice and she could make as much noise as she wants until 11pm per city ordinance.
