Illegal harassment and after 8 years of renting with no problem with rent until 3 months ago, they have tarnished our name with everywhere we try to move . From Iowa to Missouri , they want us out and homeless and it's illegal harassment .
I strongly advise against renting from the RE/MAX Susan Horak Group. I lived in one of their apartments for less than two years. Before moving out, I removed all nails and filled the holes, yet only $140 of my $1,350 security deposit was refunded. They charged $1,000 for the walls alone. Run Away! Home renter of 6 years here. Re/Max took over after 2 previous property groups. RE/Max policys stop anyone from working with you in terms of late payments. They Gouge you on late charges, not mention good luck getting maintenance to your home during your lease with leaves your liable for damages if they occur that fall under normal wear and tear or structure damage. 0 stars if I could. Do not rent from them. They do not respond to tenant work requests. They nickel and dime you. Workers cannot seem to do anything but pick up phones. Manager will not do anything but get aggressive and tell youre lying. I regret moving here to be a live in groundskeeper who pays the mortgage for them too. Lived in COMO 8 years and never had an experience like this.
