The lack of communication and proper customer service is beyond poor. The attitude and brassness of employees needs to be corrected. This company has failed to provide proper care and to allow patients to communicate with the Doctors despite the Doctors guranteeing that if any concerns or questions, we can reach out. Phone calls and emails get you no where despite your concerns.
